I finished my BPS in hotel management at PUCMM one of Dominican Republics top colleges. Soon after I graduated I decided to continue learning about what I love and earned my AOS in culinary arts at CIA.
I have had the opportunity to work and meet a lot of great chefs, learning all that I can from them.
I have been cooking professionally for more then 3 years now and I love what I do and I am glad that I can share it here with you!
